We are a family owned and operated business on Cape Cod with over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Currently we consist of two distinct divisions:

Baker Custom Living Designs and Baker Awnings

Baker Custom Living Designs is our fully licensed and insured home improvement contractor division specializing in Residential remodeling including Additions, Dormers & 2nd Stories, Media Rooms, Kitchens, Baths, Sun Rooms, Porch Enclosures, Replacement Windows and Doors, Vinyl Siding and Aluminum Trim Coverage, and Composite Decking.

Baker Awnings is partners with both Durasol™ Awnings and Eclipse™ Awnings and are eager to address your awning projects, large and small, for residential and commercial sites. Specifically we specialize in retractable awnings, window and door awnings, and solar shades.

For 15 years we have been successful in meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations, which is the foundation upon which our business has grown.
