Meet Mark & Carol Baker

After college, Mark Baker moved to Cape Cod and spent 10 years as a carpenter in the “boon days”. He then worked for a remodeling company for fourteen years, learning the intricacies of that business from the bottom up– eventually working his way into management. In 1995, Mark established Baker & Associates, Inc. to expand on his remodeling expertise. Baker & Associates, Inc. specializes in replacement windows and doors, clapboard and shingle style vinyl siding, PVC coated aluminum trim coverage, AZEK composite trim boards, composite decking and railings, commercial and residential awnings, additions and sunrooms. Carol managed the company’s customer service and “back end”. In 2004, Baker & Associates, Inc. created a new division called Baker Awnings. Carol now manages this division. Baker Awnings is a Durasol™ & Eclipse Awnings partner, and is the consummate Cape Cod resource for interior and exterior solar shades, manual or motorized retractable awnings and fixed awnings. We are a family owned and operated business with over 39 year’s experience in the construction industry. In 2010 we welcomed an old friend Richard Garneau to join us as a fully vested partner in the remodeling division. Rick is a master carpenter with over 35 years experience in fine carpentry.
